Earth Arts is owned and operated by Liesel Orend, a weaver and natural dye artist. Connection to the earth and relationships with the plants that give color are important aspects of her work, and many of her plant dye materials are gathered wild or grown on her land. Liesel uses eco-friendly and non toxic materials throughout her dyeing and weaving.

Earth Arts offers naturally dyed Navajo-Churro and other wool yarns that are suitable for weaving, knitting, felting and other projects. Liesel weaves her tapestries, rugs, and blankets with these same yarns, incorporating the energies of the plants and themes from nature to communicate deeper layers of connection to the natural world.
